Welcome to My Sole Studio. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the My Sole Studio website, accounts, marketplace features, messaging tools, digital content, purchases, seller tools, and related services. By creating an account, browsing the site, uploading content, purchasing content, messaging users, or otherwise using My Sole Studio, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use My Sole Studio. You may not use the platform if doing so would violate any law, regulation, court order, payment processor rule, or these Terms. We may request information to verify age, identity, account ownership, seller status, or compliance with platform rules.

2. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login information secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. You agree not to share your account, impersonate another person, create misleading profiles, use fake information for fraud, or attempt to bypass platform security.

3. Buyer Accounts

Buyers may browse creators, view blurred or limited previews, purchase access to individual photos, unlock albums, and use available messaging features. Buyers agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, leak, scrape, screenshot for redistribution, publicly post, or otherwise misuse content purchased or viewed through the platform.

4. Seller Accounts

Sellers may upload eligible digital content, create albums, set prices, receive followers, communicate with buyers, and earn payouts according to platform rules. Sellers are responsible for making sure they own or have full rights to all content they upload and that all content complies with these Terms and applicable law.

5. Seller Payouts and Platform Fee

My Sole Studio may charge a platform commission on sales. Unless otherwise stated in the seller dashboard or payout information, the platform fee is 18% of eligible sales. Seller payouts are handled manually and may be paid bi-weekly through PayPal, subject to review, fraud prevention, chargeback risk, account status, and payment processor availability. Sellers are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email address and for any tax reporting obligations that may apply to them.

6. Digital Purchases and No Refunds

All purchases are for digital access only. Because digital content can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or where My Sole Studio chooses to make an exception at its sole discretion. This includes purchases of individual photos, albums, unlocked content, and paid digital access features.

7. Content Ownership and License

Sellers keep ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, sellers grant My Sole Studio a limited license to host, display, process, protect, watermark, blur, promote, and deliver the content as needed to operate the platform. Buyers receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view purchased content for personal use only. Buying content does not transfer ownership or resale rights.

8. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not upload, sell, request, purchase, promote, message, or distribute content or activity involving:

• minors or anyone who appears to be under 18;
• non-consensual content, hidden camera content, stalking, blackmail, threats, coercion, harassment, or exploitation;
• content you do not own or have permission to use;
• hate, violence, illegal activity, scams, fraud, malware, spam, or attempts to bypass payment systems;
• sharing private personal information without permission;
• chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or attempts to obtain paid content without paying;
• any content or activity that violates applicable law, PayPal rules, payment processor rules, or platform policies.

9. Moderation, Verification, and Account Action

My Sole Studio may review accounts, messages, uploads, purchases, reports, and seller activity to protect users and the platform. We may remove content, limit visibility, deny verification, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, withhold or delay payouts, block purchases, or take other action if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk, or misused the platform.

10. Messaging and User Interactions

Users are responsible for their interactions with others. You agree to communicate respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, threats, pressure, abuse, solicitation of prohibited content, off-platform payment manipulation, and attempts to evade platform protections are not allowed. My Sole Studio may provide reporting tools but is not responsible for the conduct of individual users.

11. Reviews, Ratings, Followers, and Public Profile Features

The platform may allow users to follow sellers, leave reviews after eligible purchases, view seller stats, or see verification badges. You agree not to manipulate reviews, create fake engagement, inflate followers, use misleading claims, or abuse public profile features.

12. Privacy

Your use of My Sole Studio is also subject to our Privacy Policy once published. We may collect and use information needed to provide accounts, payments, security, moderation, analytics, communication, and platform functionality.

13. Payment Processor Rules

Payments and payouts may depend on third-party providers such as PayPal or other payment processors. Users must comply with all applicable processor rules. My Sole Studio is not responsible for processor downtime, declined transactions, account limitations, payout holds, chargebacks, processor policy changes, or tax reporting performed by payment providers.

14. Disclaimers

My Sole Studio is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific earnings, buyer activity, seller success, search placement, account verification, or permanent availability of content. Users are responsible for backing up their own content and using the platform safely.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Sole Studio and its owners, operators, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost content, lost data, account interruption, or disputes between users.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
