1. Seller Eligibility
Sellers must be at least 18 years old and must provide accurate account information. Sellers are responsible for keeping their profile, payout details, and uploaded content accurate and compliant.
2. Seller Content
Sellers may upload digital photo content to sell through My Sole Studio. Sellers confirm they own or have all necessary rights to any content they upload, including the right to sell that content online.
3. Content Ownership
Sellers keep ownership of their original content. By uploading content, sellers give My Sole Studio permission to host, display, preview, market, process, and deliver the content to buyers who purchase it through the platform.
4. Platform Fee
My Sole Studio may collect a platform commission from seller sales. The current platform fee is 18% unless otherwise changed or displayed by the platform.
5. Payout Method
Seller payouts are handled through PayPal. Sellers are responsible for entering and maintaining a valid PayPal email address in their account. My Sole Studio is not responsible for payout delays caused by incorrect payout information.
6. Payout Timing
Seller payouts may be reviewed and processed manually. Payout timing may vary due to fraud checks, buyer disputes, payment processor delays, compliance reviews, or account issues.
7. Taxes
Sellers are responsible for their own taxes, income reporting, business records, and compliance obligations. PayPal or other payment providers may issue tax forms when required by law.
8. No Off-Platform Circumvention
Sellers may not use My Sole Studio to direct buyers to pay outside the platform for content discovered through the platform. Attempts to bypass platform fees may result in account restriction or termination.
9. Prohibited Seller Conduct
- No illegal, stolen, non-consensual, exploitative, or deceptive content.
- No impersonation or false identity claims.
- No uploading content involving minors in any context.
- No harassment, threats, spam, or abusive behavior toward buyers or other sellers.
- No attempts to manipulate reviews, reports, sales, payouts, or platform systems.
10. Refunds and Chargebacks
All digital sales are intended to be final. However, payment processors, banks, or legal requirements may still affect disputes or chargebacks. Sellers understand that payouts may be adjusted if transactions are reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
11. Account Review and Removal
My Sole Studio may review seller accounts, remove content, hold payouts, suspend accounts, or terminate seller access when necessary to protect platform safety, buyers, payment integrity, or legal compliance.
12. Agreement Updates
This Seller Agreement may be updated over time. Continued use of seller tools after updates means the seller accepts the updated agreement.

Minimum standalone photo price: Individual photo purchases must be priced at $2.99 or higher. Album-priced photos may be included inside albums without a separate individual price.
Tips: Buyers may send optional tips to sellers. Tips are treated as seller earnings, are subject to the same 18% platform commission, and are paid to sellers during manual PayPal payouts.
