All Sales Final

No Refunds Policy

This policy explains how final digital content sales work on My Sole Studio.

1. Digital Content Sales Are Final

My Sole Studio sells access to digital content. Because digital content can be viewed, unlocked, downloaded, or accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final unless required by law.

By purchasing content, you understand and agree that My Sole Studio does not offer refunds for unlocked digital photos, albums, or paid content access.

2. No Refunds for Buyer Preference

Refunds are not provided because a buyer changed their mind, did not like the content, forgot about a purchase, purchased the wrong item, failed to read the listing, or no longer wants access after unlocking content.

3. No Refunds After Access

Once digital content has been unlocked, viewed, delivered, or made available in a buyer library, the sale is considered completed.

4. Duplicate or Technical Issues

If a buyer believes there was a duplicate charge or a technical issue preventing access, they may contact support. My Sole Studio may review the issue and decide whether to restore access, correct the account, or take another appropriate action.

5. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks

Fraudulent purchases, payment abuse, unauthorized chargebacks, or attempts to access content without payment may result in account suspension, content access removal, and other protective action.

6. Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their content. Sellers may not misrepresent albums, photos, pricing, or what buyers will receive.

7. Payment Processor Decisions

Payment processors, card networks, banks, or legal authorities may make independent decisions regarding disputes or chargebacks. My Sole Studio may adjust account access, seller earnings, or payout records when a transaction is reversed or disputed.
