Community Guidelines & 18+ Rules

These rules help keep My Sole Studio safe, respectful, adult-only, and trustworthy for buyers and sellers.

1. 18+ Only

My Sole Studio is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. By using the site, you confirm that you are legally allowed to view and participate in adult-oriented digital content marketplaces in your location.

Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from creating an account, buying content, selling content, messaging users, or viewing private marketplace content.

3. Prohibited Content

4. Seller Content Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for making sure they have the right to upload and sell all content they post. Sellers must only upload content they own, created themselves, or have full legal permission to use.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers may access purchased digital content for personal viewing only. Buyers may not resell, repost, redistribute, scrape, copy, leak, or share purchased content outside My Sole Studio.

6. Messaging Rules

Private messaging should be used respectfully. Users may not use messages to harass, threaten, pressure, solicit illegal content, evade platform payments, or request prohibited material.

7. Reports and Moderation

My Sole Studio may review reports, restrict accounts, remove content, suspend users, or terminate accounts when content or behavior appears to violate these rules, the Terms, or applicable law.

8. Platform Safety

We may take action to protect users, creators, payment integrity, and platform safety. This may include limiting account access, removing content, blocking transactions, or preserving records for security and legal purposes.

9. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these guidelines as the platform grows. Continued use of My Sole Studio after changes means you accept the updated rules.
